Hi im so so sorry for you loss i had to share my story with you i hope it wont upset you and will give you some hope for next time but before i tell my story you can ask your doctor to put you low dose asprin when you get pregnant again but you must go and ask for it as soon as you find out your pregnant you have to start taking it early he may or may not agree as some doctors wont give it unless theyve tested to see if you need it but my but my epu consultant was great and saw only a benifit to giving it a try so i cant see it doing any harm.when i was 18 i got pregnant i was only a few weeks gone when i suffered a miscarrige this was extemely painful,then at 21 i got pregnant again and i had a healthy son who is now 2 nearly 3.In feb 08 i stopped the pill in preperation for another baby i was planning to start trying seriously in april but in april my period didnt arrive so i did two tests a week apart both said negative so i believed them and thought i just had messed up cycle after stopping the pill! in may still no period i took another test and imediately got a strong positive,from the second i knew i was pregnant i knew there was something wrong so i pushed for a scan only to be told i had had a missed miscarriage the baby measured 10 weeks but the womb measured double and as i didnt know the exact date of my last period there was no way to tell how long it had been in there but it was likely it had been gone for a few weeks,i was told this on the 12th of june 08 then in sep 08 i got pregnant again and again i had a bad feeling so i was given a scan at 5 weeks 5 days and i saw a heart beat however the very same night i started to bleed only a little at first but by the nextday it was a full on miscarriage.After this one i was told to go to the early pregnancy unit as soon as i knew i was pregnant to be given low dose asprin as a precaution.I was utterly devastated by this point but i did cling on to the fact that i had a healthy son so i knew it was possible for me to carry a baby to term.In march 09 i found out i was pregnant again and this time i was much more positive i went straight to my early pregnancy unit like i was told to and started the low dose asprin its now 17/06/09 and im happy to say im 18 weeks pregnant and so far all is well,the last 18 weeks have been hard ive had panic moments and ive only recently begun to let myself get excited but i think its third time lucky if i only count the ones after my son that is please dont give up hope your tilted utterus maybe a cause but if you had it with your son too and he was fine then you know it is possible for you to carry a baby to term with it keep hoping and try to stay positive i wish you all the luck in the world it will happen for you im sure of that
