I had 17 months ago a THR after years of having AVN. As a result I now have related problems in other parts of me, my left foot and right knee being troublesome just now... A few weeks ago I woke up with a sore neck, and also not been sleeping well as i have a sore back in bed..(ok during the day..)

Last wednesday I went to see a chiropractor, and she went through all the checks and did a couple of xrays... it turns out that (perhaps not surprisingly) my spine is mis aligned, and although she could help me, it's never going to be A1 again - which I understand - Where do i go from here? could have the treatment, but at £30 a go cant afford to... Cant see the NHS paying for it.

do i tell my GP about the visit? what does this mean long term? should it go on my orthopaedics record?
