Q: Mirena taken out - late period

I got Mirena taken out 4 months ago, I had 2 normal cycles then last month I was 2 weeks late but spotting on the day I was suppose to start. This month I am late again 5 days with sore nipples. I took a hpt test and it came out negative. (I would be fine if it was positive). Is there any other reason why I would have these symptoms?
