I had the Mirena IUD for 4 1/2 years, after I started having symptoms like brain fog, bad headaches, along with others, I had it removed. After 4 days of having it removed, my legs started getting tingly and then numb. I went for a MRI and found out I have Multiple Sclerosis. MS is not in any of our family tree history and we are confused what may have caused it. My only thoughts is if the IUD releasing hormone could have caused it. Are there any studies or validity to this being true. Thank you. Lisa
