Q: minor valve leakage

After a CT scan (normal) and an ultrasound (normal, incept for 2 heart valves with minor leaking, and one with mild leakage) I still dont have an answer to my problems. My BP isnt skyrockted anymore, its down to the 145ish area too.

But yet I still keep getting horrible chest pains, lightheaded, dizzy, cant breathe well, and sometimes fainting. Ive been pretty much stress free and eating healthy, yet they still keep on coming. Last night I was getting them and my jaw locked up, and my arm went tingly then numb, then next thing you know I wake up this morning.

I have a stress test in 2 weeks, but what will that show? I figured the CT scan would give me answers. This has been going on now for 8 months, and im still getting these pains all throughout the day and night, wether im laying down, or moving around. I cant do anything to physical though, or else the pain gets intense, big time.

Ugh what could this be? This is my 2nd cardiologist, first one said valve leakage is normal.

PS:
Btw, im also 22, not overweight (in good shape, minus this issue whatever it may be)

When all of this happens (multiple times in the day, at least 5-6, but almost always some sort of pain in the region) I can usually feel my pulse pounding through different parts of my body without even touching it. Kind of weird too.

Also, it hits me big time too when I sit up to quick.

PPS: Also forgot to add the fact that im always fatigued.

Echo-cardiography is much more accurate method for examining the heart than CT-scan. Valvular disorders (stenosis or regurgitation) can be evaluated with echocardiography. Some valvular disorders like Mitral valve prolapse can cause some of your symptoms. Stress test is used to estimate your coronary circulation (heart muscle blood supply).
If everything appears OK with your heart you might have muscle pain, lung disorder or panic disorder.

Minor Heart Valve Leakage
1. If my Cholesterol is normal do I need to take medication for the heart valve leakage? 2. I have read that some people can experience a 3 pound weight gain in a day from this condition, is this true?
3. Should I have surgery to correct the leakage? Even if it's "mild"?
