I recently have noticed some very minor pain near my left testicle, the testicle itself is not in pain its more behind it, the pain started shortly after i started lifting weights again, i havent found any sings of a hernia as i have no abdominal lumps, also there are no lumps on the testicles themselves and no swelling.
