My mum had these symptoms last saturday: She was walking back home & felt that shes not able to walk & thus came home by a taxi..After coming home she lied down for some time & then started working, suddenly she started sweating & felt a severe pain in her left shoulder. She took Isordil tablet & lied down for some time. She felt better but the pain in the arm is still there. Now shes taking Isordil tablet everyday. The doctor had advised to take this tablet when there is a chest pain. Is it advisable to take it everyday? She has got cholesterol & high blood pressure. Shes been taking medicines (Primodil-AT & Loprin-75) for blood pressure since last 10 yrs. I am just worried that whether the symptoms that occurred on saturday were of a minor heart attack? Please advice.
