Minimal tb xray result did not medicate but after 1 yr its gone.

hi i would just like to ask why i had a minimal ptb x ray result last year.. i was not able to take medication because we moved to our province and i was not seen by a doctor again.. after 1 year, we came back in our old place and i decided to see a doctor again. when i was had an xray, it showed negative for tb..what should i do? should i have a second opinion?
