I am a fairly healthy 39 yr old man, however about 10 of the last 14 mornings I have woke up with both arms and hands tingling ( like they were asleep ) I just sit there and rub them for a few minutes and it goes away, when Im looked this up online it said it maybe a symptom of mini strokes, but that is the only symtom I am feeling.. does anyone know anything about this before I go wait 6-7 hrs at emerg to get it cked out ???
