Q: Mind Freeze related to BP

So I constantly get these "Mind Freezes" where my brain just stops ticking and I have to stop and think for a couple of seconds about what I am doing before the gears starts running again. Almost like "Duh...stare into space...what was I doing again" kind of feeling.

How many of you have experienced this and do you think it is related to Bipolar?

Just doing some research in prep of my psych appntmnt this weekend...

Extremely eHealthy
Seraph: It happens to me all the time. I am also Bipolar. I am not sure if it has anything at all to do with the disorder but, I do know that it has not gotton any worse and has stayed the same with or without my BP medication. So, who really knows. I have was diagnosed BP back in 1985, so yes I must agree with you that there could be a corrilation between both.

I get that too... Sometimes I feel like it's connected to my depressive mood.... or the fact that trileptol is a tranquilizer. I always call it zombie-mode.
