Milk and skin rashes

Can consuming too much milk cause a non-itchy skin rash? This kind of rash has spread through out my entire body. I really didnt start to see them until I lost my job two months ago and started eating cereal like everyday. Is it possible this could be the problem. I cannot wear shorts or bathing suits. I am a model so you could imagine how hard this has been.
