For approximately two weeks, my testicles have been mildly sore--the pain is not severe by any means (in fact, I don't even notice it most of the day) but I'm getting concerned given the length of time its been going on. Perfect health otherwise lately, and I don't feel anything out of the ordinary down there, though my testicles are slightly sore to the touch.

I'm in a weird phase right now without health insurance (blame my grad school, sigh) and would rather wait a few weeks until I'm covered again for a doctor visit, but obviously if there is a chance this is serious I'm going to go immediately. Any thoughts? Thanks Smile

I dunno, during my earlier years of puberty (I'm 16 now), my testicles would kind of get sore but I noticed after a few cycles of this hapening that it was my body producing spermies (since after feeling sore, I would sometimes have a wet dream). That could be it for you.
