Q: Mild strangulation and sore throat ?

Just curious if mild strangulation is likely the cause of a sore throat the morning afterwards, and if there is a way to avoid the sore throat if so. Other than the obvious just plain not... having one's throat undergo said mild strangulation.

iv experienced moderate strangulation of the throat for 2 weekss now, i do not have a sore throat and experience servere pressure when bending down to the face. i am feeling very run down by it. does anyone have any idea what this could be?
