For the past week i've suffered from minor stomach pains, I'll go have something to eat and then at about midnight or so every night i'll get really nauseous, and shakey, and abnormally tired. (i'm awake from 1pm to about 4am generally i have to take naps cause i get tired but i'm working past that.)

I tried one day not eating a thing and much to my surprise i didnt get sick. But I have to eat something..so i couldnt just not eat.

I have a history of nausea (i spent three straight months last year nauseous every day without any cause)

Could this be from lack of vitamins or something else?

I've also suddenly gained a bit of weight in the past week, enough that i cant button my jeans. I'm overweight to begin with but to not be able to button my pants that i just wore last week? I've been active the past week too, not really eating alot but being out and about for once.

my diets not very good, we didnt go shopping till late and the only thing we've been eating is chilli dogs and hamburgers for the past two weeks.

This is really upsetting and i'm not really sure whats going on. any ideas?

If you have ruled out pregnancy my guess is its your body telling you it doesn't like what you feed it. By eating such un healthy things like chilli dogs and hamburgers and the fact that you say you are over weight I think you should re asses your diet. I feel sick when I eat fatty foods, Its our body's way of saying PLEASE DON'T FEED ME THIS SH*T. Try sticking to something like a chicken sandwhich with NO butter or mayo with just salad on it. and having vitamin supplements won't hurt.

Yeah its way ruled out right now.

But i guess your right, my body hates the food i'm eating. I stopped eating the chilli dogs and hamburger and started cooking pancakes or having a sandwhich for lunch instead. also started taking a vitamin.

I would eat better but i cant stand vegetables..i dont eat them at all.

So next month when we go shopping i intend to buy things i can more easily handel.

thanks
Smile

Even if you eat nice tasting healthy food, like you hate eating vegies ... I don't see how anyone could enjoy eating vegies but when it comes down to it you have to decide if you would rather eat something that tastes foul momentarily or feel sick all the time and take years off your life with high blood pressure and exessive fat around your heart? They say if you are deemed over weight it takes around 13 years off your life. I'm sure you would much rather spend those 13 years playing with grand kids and maybe great grand kids? By the way I do have an obese mother and I know how she thinks and doesn't like the taste of healthy food and it just makes me so mad because I know she wont be here for much longer, and I just wish she had of changed her eating patterns when she was still young. I just hope you don't ever go through what she has.
