For about two weeks now, I have had a rash on my neck...it's not very visible, but it itches a lot. It looks sort of like mosquito bites - puffy. I have also had off and on sharp ear pain, almost like swimmer's ear? I have not been swimming yet this summer. I do wake up with a sort of rough throat? I do have normal allergies and sinus problems once in a while, so I thought it was allergies. I have taken benedryl, and put cortazone on..still it is lingering on. I thought it was a new lotion I bought, although I used it on my face...but the rash is ONLY on the front of my neck...any thoughts.
