Q: Mild pneumonia ?

I know it's an infectious and bacteria-related disease...BUT...

I forgot my jacket walking home from work and it was pretty cold out. It takes me about 10-15 mins. to walk home, and I'm guessing I got an exposure from the cold. Does chilly air cause mild pneumonia, or just a 3-day fever? Does showering in the cold also cause a fever?

I want to make sure I haven't gotten sick....so how long does a fever/cough take to develop? And how long does it last?

Thanks so much.
