Mild penile trauma during sex

Hi. Before I continue, I just gotta say that I am the girlfriend of someone who is going through this...not the dude himself.

I am definitely the "worry wart" counterpart so that's why I'm here. On Monday, my boyfriend and I were having rough sex and he accidentally missed my vagina and hit his penis against me. It was painful for him but I didn't feel he hit me TOO hard. It is now Friday and he still feels a little sore, but not painful. However, his penis is now slightly tilted to the left! He can still get hard and ejaculate (I gave him head yesterday) but I am SO WORRIED that scar tissue will develop and made sex hard for him It has only gotten better thus far but I am freakkkedddd.

Do you think this is just a mini injury that will heal without worry, or is he at danger of developing Peyronie's disease? I have heard of something called a thrombosis happening that is apparently a non-issue. Either way, I need a little peace of mind. I know he needs to see a urologist soon just in case, but if anyone has any knowledge they can share, that'd be AMAZING. I just want my man to be okay, seeing him upset over this (even though he tries to hide it hardcore) makes me so sad (((

p.s. he is a 22-year-old male with no health problems, if that helps any
