It's not constant but it's there. Not sure if it is something with my heart considering the pain is on the right. Also when I take deep breaths sometimes I feel mild pain in my back. Don't know if this is all caused by stress because I do have anxiety. I know I didn't give much info, but can anyone help me out?

Pain on the right side of the chest is essentially never from the heart. Other than that I am unable to comment on your history, given that there is very limited information.
Please note that I am unable to diagnose medical conditions online.

An easy-to-read book about the heart for lay persons. Available at major online book retailers and other fine bookstores.
