mild ischemia and perfusion defect

I am 54, Male and had my Nuclear stress test last weke. It shows mild reversibility in the distal inferloteral wall, suggestive of mild ischemiai and new perfusion defect as compared to my earlier Neclear stress test seven years back. What this indications are and Please advice what I need to do.
