In my infinite stupidity two months ago I crashed my bike and bumped my head on the pavement while I was riding it very drunk without a helmet. Loss of memory and vomiting followed (this could also be attributed to the drinking). I didn’t notice the bump on my head until about 14 hours later. About 22 hours later I went to the ER and got a CT scan. I was released and told that everything was fine but should keep an eye on any symptoms.

The week following headaches persisted and I was tired. A week and a half after the accident that faded and I felt pretty OK.
More recently (the past 3 or 4 weeks), as the day progresses mild headaches develop on the left side of my head (that’s the side of my head I bumped). There is still a small bump there. Its not so much that I have aches on the left side of my head, but it feels pretty darn uncomfortable. The feeling generally is not there in the morning, and it is most noticeable in the evening. Other than that I feel great.

Is this developing uncomfortableness as the day goes on something I should be concerned about? If it is should I just go to my primary physician or contact (find) a neurologist directly?
