For 3 weeks now, I have had a mild fever (99.6).

3 weeks ago: seen GI for stonacg issues. CBC, thyroid were norma. Given xifaxan and took for 10 days. During this time I also had lots of ear pain. Seen allergist and told I had Eustachian tube dysfunction. Given zyrtec, flonase, and medrol.

2 weeks ago:followed up with primary. Bloodwork done again, CBC and metabolic panel normal.

Yesterday: followed up with allergist. Indicated my throat was very red and given biaxin and prednisone.

My feet and hands have had a burning sensation so I went to the ER this morning. White blood counts was a bit high (but told could be from prediaone). Flu test negative, mono negative, chest xray OK, and head CT okay.

Any idea what's going on here?
