I think I may be pregnant, could you tell me if I could or not? I come on my period on the 22nd of Novemeber, I usally stay on for 10 days and I come off early on the 28/11, I had spotting for 3 days just before I come off, I had unprotected sex on the 25/11, it was the day after this that the spotting began to occur. I have lost my appertite to eat since the 26/11 and I feel constantly tired, when I need to pee I have to go straight away otherwise I'll wet myself. Im certain I havn't caught a infection as I have been with my loyal partner for 2 years. I keep having mild cramping like Im on my period, I keep having head ahces and feeling dizzy. Is it too early for symptoms to occur? thanks for any reply. Im honestly so worried.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The symptoms that you have (constant tiredness, increased frequency of urination, spotting, mild cramping, headaches, dizziness) suggest possibility of pregnancy. Consider visiting your gynecologist for an examination and blood HCG levels to confirm pregnancy. It is never too early to experience pregnancy symptoms. Few women can experience them as early as 24 hours post fruitful intercourse.
Take care.
