Q: Mild back pain at 13 weeks

Hi,

I am in 13 weeks of pregnancy. While in the starting of 13 weeks i got mild hip pain immediately i took full day rest then that problem was quiet ok after that i got very mild pain in the upper part of abdomen and again i got mild upper part of back is paining. What can it could weather it can be miscarriage can please anyone help out this im really frustrated with this problem no one is helping out of this and im not able to consult my healthcare provider also. Question
