So about three months ago I had what I belived to be a Anxiety attack while on my laptop at home, lucky for me my partner was home and helped me. It cam on out of the blue, but saying that I do remember a few days befor this I noticed that I was taking in random single deep breath and yawning. Anyway I just felt like I was going to faint and my heart was beating fast heart palpitations,my partner help me relax so I decided to have a shower.

I came out and dressed and 4 mins after it came back again, so we decided to go to the A&E down the road, my heart still beating.... The waite to see a nurse at AE was a good long waite and by then my body returned to normal. They looked at me and my heart by connecting me up with wires, they checked my lungs , blood pressur and blood suga.

All was normal, the doctor just asked me about diet etc,...and sent me home, I still got random heart palpitations even just walking to go meet a friend for a coffee .

It now has kind of not become a huge problem, but thats not saying I feel back to normal , not at all. I get random feelings of rush throw my body etc

I went to my GP to ask him about it and he said I need to relax , perhaps take up swimming , however I hate london indoor pools so perhaps I will take up lite running.

My GP done a blood test on me and a week later the results came back and all is normal. Today I have been yawning abit more then normal. And the other day I got a mild pain in my belly area, leading to diarrhea glance yesturday and this morning. Think i may have been trapped gas oh thejoy. Will me doing jogging be ok for me. I am just glad I dont have an extrem case of Anxiety and that mine has been somewhat very mild.

Clearly some anxiety is present. Then what happens is we get anxious about being anxious. This can make us short of breath, feel tired, feel oxygen deprived. Good diet, plenty of exercise, plenty of sleep, healthy activities, and good support from our partners are the best answers to these symptoms.

Just wanna share this...

The best approach to dealing with stress is to focus on what brings us joy and makes us happy. Sometimes as we get older we are so busy in our lives that we don't do the things that make us happy anymore. Maybe we need to think more like a small child, running and playing, and doing what makes us happy.
