Miissed Miscarry- terrified ill hemoridge again

i had a missed miscarry at 12 weeks baby had died at 8 weeks, i gave birth natural, but i hemoridged and ended up on a drip, 4 hours later baby came out 6 days on... i stopped bleeding after 5 days, but today i have period cramps and also light red to brown mucus down there, is that normal im going out my mind and terrified ill hemoridge again, ive been told baby has gone and all looks good
