Q: Migraines getting more severe

ive been having major migraines for several years in the last year they have become more often and more severe i have also noticed a constant ringing in my left ear the migraine pressure usally starts right behide my left ear towards the back of my head and quickly feels like my eyes are being pushed out from behind during bad migraines i have had vomiting dizzyiness and a few times doubled vision excedrine used to work my doctors have tried me on a few things none of which are working i am concerned so i asked a different doctor if they could do a mri but now they have rescheduled it twice anyone have similar symptoms or any ideas of what i can do this is starting to make my life unbearable
