Q: migraines and strange noise

im pretty new to getting sore heads i never get sick or anything but recently iv been getting a really sore head on the left side im also hearing strange noises between a sortof weezy noise and . . . sounds strange lol but the only way i can describe it is a seagull noise lol

any ideas? :/
