Migraines can be caused by several things. You may want to try keeping a "headache journal" and record when you get them, what foods you ate that day, any medications, etc. This will help to pinpoint what triggers these attacks and what you can do to prevent them.

Also, do you have any associated neck pain? Many times a dysfunction in the neck or neck muscles can cause headaches. You may consider consulting with a chiropractor regarding this as we have excellent results with headaches.

Im not sure how much this might be of use to you but for my headaches I've been using an Anti Headache band the goes around your wrist. It utilizes the acupressure point and helps relief the pain. It's called a Medicmates, could possibly help you out.
Hope you start feeling better.

Migraine problem
I too have a serious migraine problem. I have been taking Sibelium 10 mg since 3 months. Now I feel somewhat better. At least the intensity has decreased. I have heard that fish oil is good for migraines. Can anyone tell me if it is true?

Hallo.
i agree with the journal keeping. for me, to be honest, to took several years to find out, what was the cause.
for me its sugar, white sugar.
i am eating very healthy now..really, using only brown sugar, and snacking more on healthy staff.
keep the journal, because must be the food, that is the triger. and also stress....

i am migraine free...do get headaches sometimes, but not as bad as before.

wish you all the best

Hello--always get opies of your MRI, CT Scan etc on disk and keep with you..Look at the disk yourself-you may be able to read it but you can tell if there is a dark obeject that looks out of place..Migraines acare me beacuse my sister believed everything was fine until the pain was so bad she had to be hsopitalized..A 3rd MRI was done and the surgeon said he could not beleive the tumor was missed for so long that it had been there for years..Her tumor is a Menangioma and though the majority was removed there is a small amount that can't be.I am not saying this to scare anyone but I do say it to say if in doubt get another opinion.. Any pain outside of a regular headache is suspicious-be safe..kd
