Hi im 17 and have been experiencing migraines for the past year.
These migraines occur roughly once every month and start with bluring of the vision to one side and then pins and needles in my left arm. I then get a headache for 1- 8 hours and generally have to go to sleep for several hours.

I was wondering if these headaches could in anyway be related to the fact that i masterbate frequently?

greatful for any help

Anything that elevates blood pressure can trigger a migraine. Sex or Masturbation does it easily because you elevate your blood pressure much faster that other workouts and you are cranking so much endorphin that your migraine will start and you won't notice it until you come down from orgasm.
If you experience Migraines after masturbation try taking your rescue medication before you masturbate. Also tell your doctor about it at your next check-up.
