migraine starts from the back and go's to the front

last year i went through migraines for 3 months strait they were so bad i was throwing up everyday,i had 3 mimic strokes and i was having problems with my vision i was also in and out of the hospital because of this finally after the 3 months the migraines just stopped now all of a sudden lately for the past few weeks i have been noticing that im starting to get headaches again but they come and go everyday and its only on one side of my head which is the right side it starts from the back and go\'s to the front but there really sharp paining headaches what could be wrong??
