Migraines can cause at least some of these symptoms. A lot of people get nausea, dizziness, higher blood pressure, and fever. Migraines are also linked with pain disorders in some people as well, so the back and stomach pain could be that.

How long have you had migraines? Do you take medication for them? Have you seen a regular doctor or a neurologist for them?

You should see your regular doctor first and get other things checked out to make sure that everything else is okay. Write down all your symptoms, when they came on, and the severity. This will help your doctor test for other things that may be wrong.

If it turns out that this is all from a migraine, I think that with this severity, you probably should see a neurologist who specializes in headaches. You shouldn't have to suffer like this. There are proven therapies and medications out there. You may have to try a lot of them to find what works for you, but the vast majority of people can find something that alleviates the pain.

In the mean time, cold compresses, over-the-counter pain relievers, and a dark and quiet room. Personally, a hot bath in a dark room works wonders for me. Sometimes just relaxing can calm things down. That should help the back pain, too.

hi, i agree with lydia32.
ive been a sufferer since 1987 so can give you some heads up on this also, so hear goes , your period being brown is nothing dont worry its your body having a dam good clear out of old blood and your stressing about that so dont it takes time to clear again, you might spot on and off but dont stress your fine.
if your eyes are sore dont put anything cold on them ,they only react to heat, so a hot flanel maybe.
try and lie face down dont crunch a pillow into the back of your neck as this will just stop the flow you need from your head to your spine. dark room no smells no noise unless you want music. relax.meds if you take them.
