I have had migraines in the past and have many tests (CT scan heart monitors x-rays)all with no strong conclusions. My head aches seem infreqent (bad 3 4 times a year) my problem our question is: When I sit or lay in bed (say with the flu) for long periods of time I start having what I call the wa-wa's, when I stand up. Sound and sight will come and go in a pulsing pattern that can bring spots before my eyes along with tunnel vision and sound will get dim and normal - if this goes on to long (more than an hour) I will end up with a headache - mostly it goes away within a few minutes.
Is this the sign of some kind of disc problem in my back - somtimes I will get a backache and then no headache - sometimes no pain in the back but a headache or migraine. Can you give some advise on this?
It is possable this all started when I was hit in the back very hard by a horse.
Thank you

wawa head
I can't explain the sight disturbances, however, the sound disturbances sound like a problem with your inner ear and positional changes (lying to standing).
A few years ago, i purchased a device that you plug into the wall that gets rid of bugs in your house, by sending off invisible sound waves. Since then, I get an occassional nagging, pulsating, vibration in one of my ears, that never occurred before I brought that device. I believe it caused a disturbance to my inner ear as well.
