I have had a migraine for the past 2 days and I have been sick to my stomach along with it what should I do?

i had migraines for 10 years due to stress. aspirin didnt seem to help me. my doctor prescribe imetrex alone with aspirin.
are you under any stress?
have you taken aspirin for migraine (which is aspirin with caffeine).
are you taking care of yourself and eating right?
if this continues and the aspirin doesnt help i would see a doctor.
