Might have fractured the penile

So i was having intercourse pretty aggresive and i stabbed her pelvis and heard a little pop and my penis hurt, it didnt hurt crazy bad but felt reallys sore. The pain went away after about 10 min but now on the bottome of the shaft all the way down there is a dark line like a vain broke. in the middle of the shaft on the bottom there is like a patch that the line goes to. Now my penis is still straight and i dont get any pain in it throught the day/night, masturbation and sex dont hurt it. Ive read its pretty serious and the dark spot and line worry me alittle. Giving that my penis is straight and the fact it didnt hurt to bad i know i didnt smash it super hard. Will time heal this one or should i see the doc?
