I'm training to be a counselor right now, and my advice to you is this:
1) Take the labels away...don't worry so much about "what you are categorized as"...that's not as important as YOU and what YOU are feeling and how YOU are taking care of yourself (or not).
2) If there is ANY chance you feel your health is at risk, or in a dangerous place, see a doctor to voice your concerns as soon as possible.
3) Bottom line, if you are struggling enough with self image and self worth to be questioning yourself like this, it is my opinion that you could benefit from seeing a counseling professional of some sort. It's ALWAYS a good idea for ANYONE. Even counselors talk to counselors.
