Emma is the best, I think, since it would be after your ancestor. Or, if you don't want your daughter to have the same name exactly, use it as a middle name.
All of the names you are considering are nice or at least decent, with the exception of 'Brooke,' which is at best a surname (Rupert Brooke, for example) and at worst, an attempt at seeming rich (after Brooke Astor, most likely). Either way, it's terribly 1980s and passé.
