Can a car crash cause that mild mid thoracic dextroscoliosis and spondylosis forming at the t4-5 t5-6

for some info of the car crash we hit ditch at 60km/h and make 2 roll over

Dextroscoliosis and spondylosis are unlikely to be related to the car crash. Usually the cause of dextroscolliosis is not known and spondylosis is more like an aging process. Please consult an orthopedic specialist and a physiotherapist to deal with the pain you may be having because of this. Take care!
