Hi there,

I've been experiencing pain (at a particular spot ) in the middle of my back to the right side of the spine. I think it might be related to my desk job and working long hours. I have my desk & chair set-up ergonomically.

I'm not sure what I could do to make this pain go away. Do you think back support cushion will help at all?

Hi,
I am new here as well, but not new to back pain unfortunately.
Anything can help, you should try, there's no one solution for everyone. You might find that warmth or support or special exercises can work for you.
I have tried lots of things, pain killers are among the others, but the latest most impressive experience was acupressure mat.

Hello Catchsunny,

Welcome to this forum!!!!

Most importantly PLEASE seek the advice of the best spinal surgeon/neurosergeon you can find in your area.

PLEASE don't delay. Don't try to play doctor.
