I woke up last week with a very stiff neck. Did sleep with arm under pillow...thus neck was crooked.
I went to the chiro and he adjusted my neck.
Unfortunately.....my mid-back is still in spasm and every time I reach with my right arm....it tingles and goes numb.
Any ideas?
I've had a massage...but I don't know if this is more serious than a muscle spasm.

Hello Jacintosh,

Welcome to this forum!!!

"but I don't know if this is more serious than a muscle spasm". And that Jacintosh is why in my opinion you need to seek the advice of a spinal surgeon. Look for the very best spinal surgeon who you can find in your area. Make that appointment and get the right medical attention.

No delaying now. Call up that "very best" spinal surgeon.

I wish you the very best.
