I was using methadone since I was 16 and Now I am 22 and sober for a little over a month. But I Have been wondering when I will get my energy back and the headaches to stop. I'm so tired all the time, I've tried loaded myself up with vitimans and supplements but nothing seems to work. And with my headaches I've tried everything overthecounter anyone could ever think of. I can't handle another day with another headache. Not have energy sucks to but please any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You certainly will. Give it a little more time. You're body has to get used to being clean. Try and go for a walk and see how you feel. I know you say you have no energy but exercise makes you feel good. it releases endorphines in your brain which make you feel good.
