am mentaly unwell, i have trouble sleeping, im off my food and i get regular paranoyer, i rarly leave my house and have stopped socilizing, i also have violent mood swigs.

According to the data you reported, you might be experiencing depression disorder. What type of depression is this and whether there are some symptoms of anxiety included can not be told without further observation. You might want to visit a psychiatrist for further evaluation and adequate treatment.
