I am 49 yr old. Starting this year, I feel very often that I can get mentally exhausted.

My brain just refuses to cooperate with me. If I continue working, it is extremely bothersome.

I have had some medical issues: I have had seizures twice in my life time. One generalized grand mal (10 years ago) and one partial localized seizure (5 years ago). There is a malformation of a penny size in my brain. My seizure is under control by medicines.

I have diabetes (A1C=6.3).

I do not feel physically exhausted. I tried to sleep in good quality of 6.5 hours a day without exception and keep in the healthy side (diet).

I do not think that I am depressed or under stress.

What's wrong with me? Any idea?

mr. Healthcote you have a lot of problems, you need to rest and take care of yourself. Go to a movie, or just do somthing for yourself. Good Luck

also you may need to go see the doctor. Mt friend Robert Prater had this, but he is on meds and is fine now. Get rest and treat yourself well Robert did, and he is doing great on his high school team.
