I would like to know if my mother-in-law has mental disorder. Here are some of things she does.

She just wakes up one day all angry and starts swearing and saying random stuff to my father-in-law, and then after a while she is back to normal like nothing happened. This is not something a normal person would do.

so, no one knows what's wrong with her, she's not on medication?

Is she going through menopause? Some women have a rough time with it and their hormones need to be leveled.
