Hello everyone, please I want to know if it is possible not to ovulate but still have regular periods.

Secondly, if I can ovulate without noticing the stretchy egg white fluid.

Thanks.

The answer is yes to both questions. Menstruation without ovulation is called an anovulatory cycle. This is often associated with very long and irregular cycles or menopause.

The stretchy egg white fluid is dependent on your hormone levels. There are also other signs of ovulation like the basal body temperature rise and the position and softness of the cervix. If you really want to track ovulation closely, all three of these symptoms need to be monitored.
