hi, during my menstruation, i noticed on my pad that there was a tiny black spots.. and it was my first time to encountered these lots of tiny black spots which look like a dot.. plz help me, im so worried

It sounds like a bit of clotting. Your body is not a machine that will do exactly the same thing every cycle. It is normal to get some clotting some cycles.
