good evening.

i am 20 years old.
i am having menstruation for the past 10 years, and suffering a lot more than my friends and cousions of my age group. every time i am ended up in ridiculous pain and discomfort all over my body for the 1st two days esp stomach, breast and private part.
my mom and aunt suffered the same problem until their marriage and become normal after that. i took pain killers in the beginning as the doctors concluded mine as a genetic problem and no treatment for it.

Is there anything i can do to overcome this problem as soon ?

Could you suggest any exercises or nutritions that can solve my problem ?

Making love can solve my problem as it worked for my mom and aunt ?

thank you.

Yes, you should go to a different gynecologist! You may have endometriosis and there IS treatment available.

The reason making love worked for them is because orgasm releases endorphins, and those make you feel better, relieving pain too. Masturbation can do the same thing (and no risk of pregnancy!)

But there are a lot of options available out there for the treatment of painful periods.

Cut out coffee if youe drink it it does make a difference, and I found with me I cant wear tampons, just makes my cramps worse, and drink lots of water. I found this works for me, no harm in trying.

Here is what worked for me. I do not practice yoga, but I started suffering strong pains during my menstruation.
So I started using this yoga asana called Batha Konasana (or something like that - you will find it if you google it). I sat in this asana maybe 5-10 (now even more) minutes every day, and after one month I am getting almost no pain. I dont know how that works, but seriously it is worth trying!
