Q: menstruation heavier with exercise

im 16 and usually my periods last 7 days. i joined cross country and i notice that my periods have gotten very heavy. i bleed a lot, more than usual. is this normal?

I think it's normal for some women. I always bleed more when I get hot- in the summer or when physically active. The heat and exercise also reduce the amount of cramping that I experience so I get a little good with the bad. I don't think you have anything to worry about unless it gets truly excessive.

i have IUD. this is my first time to wear this. my menstruation period is fine. i have question and i need to know this. is this safe i have IUD, when times of my menstruation i m doing exercise at the gym?

Why wouldn't it be safe? The IUD is not meant to be removed so anything that you do while wearing it is fine.
