Dear doctor,

This month my period is delayued. I fell I've put on weight also. I am 41 yrs.old and with 2 children. Is this b'coz of pregnancy or other reasons? Last few months also it had delayed but with only 2 - 3 days. But this time, I was supposed to get it on 5th but till now I've not got. But my breast pain is there. Also my vegina is very very dry. It's irritating. Please help. - Linet

Welcome to ehealthforum

It might be that you are experiencing Pre menopausal symptoms as irregular periods,dry vagina,breast pain due to hormonal fluctuations.If you had unprotected intercourse then chances of pregnancy are also there.It is difficult to comment without knowing the sexual history.
Consider visiting a Gynaecologist for examination.
