I have read that menstrual manipulation is an effective way to skip a period. I would want to do this for medical reasons such a severe cramps or migraines, which I get every month even on the pill.

I also read though that certain pills are designed to deliver different amounts of hormones at different times of the month. And that those types of pills aren't a good choice for menstrual manipulation.

Would Tri-Sprintec be safe for menstrual manipulation or is it unsafe since it has different amounts per week?

you could probably ask your doctor. but also i know there is that one pill you take for 3 months at a time and only get your period after the 3 months. limiting your periods to about 4 a year. that sounds like something you could probably go for. and they are already to go for you, so you dont have to stress whether the pill your on now canbe used that way.
