Menstruation Forum - Menstrual cycle every 45 days ?

Im 33 and ive been tracking my cycle for more than a year now. It doesnt come regularly and when it does its very light. I get very irritated and tired weeks before it does come. Whats wrong with me?

there's nothing wrong with you, some women get regular periods, some women dont. have you thought about getting on the pill to regulate your period.
i m not a doctor and this is just my opinion. you can go see a doctor if this has been happening for the past year and it's not your norm.
